Built by clinicians. Four short steps to set up: a safety check, your track, a few preferences, and a short baseline so you can see your own change later. About three minutes.
This programme is education for your back and neck. It is not treatment and it does not replace seeing a doctor.
What we store: your name and work email, which track you chose, which sessions you completed, and your answers to the short baseline and outtake questions.
What your employer sees: group figures only. How many people enrolled, how many are keeping it up, and how the group's answers changed. Never your individual answers, and never whether you took part on any given day.
The safety questions on the next screen are checked on your phone. Your answers are not sent anywhere. Only the result is stored, as passed or referred.
Who holds it: Baltia Ventures s.r.o., Šafaříkova 167/6, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic, company number 19770499. Your information is held on servers in Germany. We keep it for 12 months after the programme ends, then delete it.
You can stop at any time, ask to see what we hold, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@goodhealthsociety.com.
Eight quick questions. They are here for your safety. Most people answer no to all of them.
The answer you gave can be a sign of something that needs medical attention today. Contact a doctor now, or emergency services if you cannot reach one. The programme will still be here afterwards.
Before you start, please see a doctor or clinician about this. The programme is education, not treatment, and it is not the right first step for the answer you gave. Once you have been seen, you are welcome to come back and enrol.
You can change this at any time.
There are no right answers.
Your first session is ready. It takes 5 minutes.
One question, and that is it.
Your employer never sees this. It is used to adjust what you get tomorrow.
Watch when you want to understand more. Your daily session does not depend on these.
