The presenter still fills the frame; the person teaching is the hero, and the paper strip below carries only the date, the title, one line of meta, and Start session.
Tracks are chips laid over the still. Adding neck and shoulders adds a chip, not a layout. Instructor variants would follow the same pattern.
Library and Progress are plain words in a bottom row: nothing to translate in an icon, and the row reads fine mirrored.
Tool framing. The session is a thing with a duration, not a piece of content to preview, so the duration is the one bold element and the video still is a thumbnail.
Track switcher is a full-width segmented control at the top. The Standing and Seated versions sit on the session row; an instructor choice would use the same pills.
One line under the button points at yesterday's felt difference. No score, no streak count.
Ink background so the clinician is the brightest thing on screen. Four controls only: Close, captions, pause, time left. Nothing else appears, no next up, no related lessons.
Progress is a hairline in Vital. Tapping the video shows and hides the controls; they fade after three seconds.
Captions carry the Czech or English text, so speech never has to be baked into the video.
The check-in is optional: Mark today done works with or without an answer. Three answers, Better, Same, Worse, big enough to hit in a break room.
After an answer the screen says one thing: today against yesterday. No points, no applause, no sound.
The button keeps its name until it has done its job, then reads Marked done and returns you to Today.
Monday-start month, the Czech convention. Done is a Vital disc, a grace day is a Sand ring, a missed day is a faint ring. Nothing is red and nothing is crossed out.
The run is stated in one sentence that explains how grace kept it alive, so week three misses read as handled, not lost.
The check-in tally is the second thing, not the first: it points at felt difference, which is the reward the brief asks for.
Deliberately plain. Modules are a numbered list with a hairline for progress; the only framed element is Continue, so a returning viewer picks up in one tap.
Module names are placeholders from the brief and lesson counts sum to 166. Progress is in Ink, not Vital, because watching is not the daily action.
A module opens to a lesson list with the same still, title, and length pattern as Continue.
Language is the first tap, so every later screen, including the reminder copy, is already in the chosen language. Čeština is written in Czech, as it should be.
Reminder times are a set of chips plus Other, which opens the native time picker. The softening promise is on the screen itself.
Continue is the only button name used through all four steps.
The baseline is three questions: where pain sits, how much it limits your day, hours seated on a working day. Each is one screen with tiles, no typing.
Privacy is stated where the question is asked, in plain words, because most people here were enrolled by their employer.
Continue on step 4 opens Today with the first session ready, so the first thing the app ever asks for is the one it will ask for every day.
Try next: "merge the chips from 1a into 1b" · "show 1a in Czech" · "design the restart session for a week away" · "a darker paper for the player, or keep Ink"
